What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Friday
OH YES!!! TIGIF! Tough week for me, family problems, end of quarter, and a audit. Whose cosmic Cherrio's did I pee in???
The food has been calling me...enough to know I am still addicted, deep problems= over eat, in the past. Ahhh, the PAST...today I have a tool to help me kick compulsion's arse!!
Granola bar, and Cheese stick, L-Green salad with Chicken and Cottage Cheese D- Not sure... S- Cantalope S- High protein yogurt.
Good morning Linda and Friends! Sorry you've had a tough week. This week wasn't so bad considering some I've had with my grumpy boss . George and I picked figs last night. It had rained earlier, so I didn't even both to wash them. Ate 7 of the little buggers! George gently reminded me that: 1. I hadn't eaten dinner yet and needed protein FIRST; 2. I'd probably have an explosive reaction later. (The sugar doesn't bother me, but the fiber OK, so my tummy is rumbling this morning, but still at this point it was worth it! I'm at work and the ladies room is 12 steps away!
B - protein shake
S - cheese
L - steak, eggplant, cheesy mushrooms
S - hard boiled egg
D - baked chicken, brussel sprouts, salad
S - yogurt or protein shake
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
Debbie

Linda,
It was a bad week but you made it through in one piece. Tired, but one piece.
Use the week end to recoup and regroup. The miserable food demon needs to get a good case of laryingitis. (that's hard to spell)
I have managed to stop losing and can see the difference in my face. I was looking all haggard and drawn. Still look old but now more alive.
Yesterday the young clerk in the coffee shop told me I looked like "trouble" and gave me a wink. Too funny!

Hi Linda, I know you are happy this week is over. so here is some good news... Had a wow moment today.. My nutritionist is right! After 1 week of making sure I have 1000 calories a day I have lost 2 lbs, yipee!!! since March I have only lost 2 pounds per month on 700-900 calories. Amazing how eating more seems like it shouldn't work but it does. Maybe that means my metabolism is actually working. Have a great day , Paulette
