OT:Bikes and Babies

I am so  mad. Last night Ended the College World Series here in Omaha. I live just acouple of blocks from the stadium so it is 10 days of people, traffic and excitement. I share a garage with my neighbor, one building, 2 garage doors open on the inside. She ran over her garage door opener a couple weeks ago and has been leaving her the garage door open. I came home about 10 PM Saturday and found my Pink Bike had been Stollen !!!  I AM SO MAD.She has a scooter, a bike, a grill, snow toys in there but NOOOOOO they take my beloved Pink Bike,,sigh.  I really couldn't afford it , but I bought it planning to repay my credit card from my stimulus check. I just got my check, so I am paying for a bike I don't even have anymore. No fair No fair No fair. I even checked on giving plazma the other day, figured it would help with gas, but I was rejected, veins to small. NOW.. I know I should be thrilled.But think "Steal Magnolias" ...Liz called me at 6 AM yesterday just sobbing, she had just done the "stick test" and she is pregnant. her's were tears of joy. I want this for her so badly, but I don't want to lose my darling daughter. Don't know if her  little body could handle an ordeal like she had 6 months ago..Thanks for listening sisters. I just feel very sad today.

Aww Jean - not a good day for you. Sorry about the bike. I'd be mad too. You must be having mixed emotions about Liz. I know you will watch her like a hawk and we will keep her in our prayers. Let's think positive thoughts that this turns into a super happy time for all. Hugs Annette

~~~~~~~ WOW, What amusement park do you live at? You sure have been on a roller coaster ride the last few weeks...... I'm so sorry you lost your bike. I know all too well what theft does to a person. We lost family heirlooms & antiques from a break in. It is a helpless feeling. ~~~~~~~~ Liz is your daughter? and shouldn't be PG due to health issues? You and she are in my prayers. Babies are such sweet blessings and I understand her desire to have one. YOU however, will be in our support, thoughts and whatever else you need to get you through this. ..... My Best To You..... You need to get Pee Wee Herman on the case as soon as possible!   Seriously, I am sorry you lost the bike.  Your daughter must be diabetic?   I hope everything goes well for her.
