Hello wonderful people. I hope all is well, I barely got to scan messages, but look forward to it for my weekend.  Annette sounds like a general.."we will get on with the business at hand". One sentence, releasing me of guilt, which I don't need now, so thanks..all of you! Millie saw her grandson..our best treats, our grands!! B- Cheese sticks L- Philly Cheese steak, hold the bread! LOL D- Rest of grilled chicken salad from yesterday..S- 2thiny sliced honey dew melon and Cantalope S- Strawberry shake..hold the sugar..! Have a great day..! GROUP HUG!! Give Someone A Hug Today

Good morning Linda and Friends!  I'm slightly off center this morning!  Not sure if I'm coming or going?  Too much rushing around and too many things to do.  I'll take a deep breath and regain some semblance of control. On the way to Ethan's game, we stopped at Subway.  Last Subway I ate at offered salads, this one did not.  I ordered Philly cheese steak with an assortment of veggies on a wrap.  I managed to eat all the filling and only 1/3 of the wrap. B - protein shake S - probein bar L - salad with steak and cheese S - yogurt D - black eye peas and sausage S - protein shake Woo Hoo, Friday is a day away!!! Debbie

Hello Linda and all my OFF friends, It's rainy here.  One of my co-workers is leaving tomorrow so we are having lunch out for him today. (Somebody else left last Friday!)  This seems to be a weekly thing now, it's sad. I'm back in control of food. yay!  B - Pure Protein Bar L - Bertucci's sausage and peppers in pomodoro sauce. S - Yogurt with frozen wild blueberries D - Beef tips with carmelized onions and broccoli S - Glass of 1% chocolate milk Trying to up my water intake to fill me up.  Forgot to take my vitamin and calcium this morning before work - bad girl.  I'll take it when I get home tonight. Good morning to you Linda. I hope that your day goes well and you stay on course. That is the important thing for all of us~to stay on our individual course.  Today is going to be a day of not much happening. I have a few errands to run and tha tis about it. It is cloudy here and we are suppose to have rain. So much rain and no where to put any it anymore.  Here goes the food for the day. I will do my best to stay on track and not to vary from it. That is my promise to myself. I think it is important to make promises to yourself and more important not to break them. If you do have to break them make sure it for something important and not just a whim like it usually is when I break them to myself. I am always so much better at making promises to others. I guess I have to work on self worth for that one. I MUST know that I am a worthy person and so that makes me worthy to keep promises to myself. Especially where my health is concerned.  Well, I am stepping down from my soap box now! B: sf oatmeal L: 1 peanut butter toast and banana D: leftover roast beef with veggies S: sf pudding I hope that you have a wonderful day and I am sending you love and big hugs to you.  Soldier Not a general, just one of the soldiers in this war against obesity.  I had an extra early breakfast and needed to eat while out with my client. I had a small scoop of chicken salad. It is sitting like a cinder block. That's unusual.  Linda, take it easy today. You need some rest and no guilt if you can't get back to us every day.  Now THAT is an order  Flirty Wink SMILE & HUGS Annette
