Hi guys, we are halfway through the week! I saw some people post yesterday, who I haven't seen in awhile, that's so good..smile. I was worn out yesterday so I could only read, lotsa pain, knocked myself out, so I could rise and go to work. I hope everyone has a reason to smile today! B- 2 Cheese Sticks L- Grilled chicken salad from Macdonald's D- Beef and veggies S- Cantalope S- Yogurt  Wednesday

Good morning, Linda, I hope you are feeling better today. My reason for smiling today is a trip to the hair salon!  Haven't gone much lately as about  a third to a half of my hair has fallen out after surgery.  It is finally starting to come back in a little so time for a new "do"! B:Protein shake. L: Sliced roast beef, a small piece of pepper jack cheese. D: Baked Italian chicken, brocolli. S: Maybe some protein puddin. Hi Bonnie, I too have lost a lot of hair! Hope it starts to grow back. I think it's stopped falling out, but nothing has started to fill in yet! We are pretty close in surgery dates...so maybe I too will start to see some new growth! Have fun at the salon! Cheryl

Hi Cheryl,  I started losing hair about 4 months out and it has just now started coming back in.  I have been taking biotin about 3 months and I do think that has helped. Good luck with yours and I hope it starts growing again soon!                             Bonnie

Good Morning Linda...... I am so sorry to hear you have been in so much pain. My prayers  continue for you every day. I am leaving soon.....emergency dental stop on my way to Minneapolis to be with Nic. I was flossing last night and notice one of my front teeth are cracked. I don't want it breaking off. Just what I don't need today!!! What next!! I spoke with Pearl's family last night. They said they didn't think she would make it through the night. I haven't heard anything so she must be hanging on. Bless her heart!! Not much sleep for me last night.....too much tossing and turning. I never have sleep problems.....there is just too much going on right now....my body won't relax. B-Yogurt w/kashi and string cheese The rest of the day is a mistery.....I will be eating my protein!! Love you dear lady....hope today is a better day! Love and oodles of hugs....Boo....to you!!

Hi Linda! Hope your hump day finds you not so worn out at the end of it!!! I am down another 1/2 lb. Laying off the crackers really works! So my menu is pretty much the same. Will meet up with some old co-workers tonight for dinner. One is retiring. Met with the attorney. In WA state there is no law that prevents an employer from sharing med info with other employees just for MD offices from sharing info. So while it is morally questionable it is not illegal.  Now, retribution for taking FMLA is illegal so that is the next route. Will meet with him again. Have a good day friend, Cheryl

Good hump day to you, sweet Linda. I hope that today is better for you. Please remember to take care of yourself because we love you.  I have to make this short since I have to get ready to go see Karen the wls nurse. I forgot today is the day. I don't want to go but oh well. I asked Bill last night what the date was and I got out of bed to see if I had the appointment and sure enough it was. I forget the dates right after the first few days of the month.  I went tot he vet's office and put in my application. I hope I get that job. She told me that he was looking over the applications and would go from there. I would appreciate any prayers that you can say for me. I really need that job. That is the one I really want and I hope that God thinks the same! lol B: special K with milk and banana L: roast beef and veggies (boy that was good last night) D: fish and veggies S: sf pudding I better get going. I hope that yo have a good day. Stay good and please remember to take care of yourself. I am sending you love and big old hugs too. I am keeping you in my special prayers.

Good morning everybody!  Dearest Linda, I'm so sorry you were in pain, hope you're better today.  The last two nights I took a Tylenol PM along with my Requip.  I seem to be sleeping better, not clenching my teeth, so my jaws aren't hurting as much.  We're going to Ethan's ball game this evening, so it's going to be a long day and a busy one here at work.  I may not need that Tylenol PM tonight! B - protein shake S - Jr. Lunchable (mini Ritz, cheese, and ham) L - pork chop with peach/burbon/soy glaze, cheesy mushrooms S - protein shake or bar D -  on the road, probably Wendy's chili S - cheese or protein shake Inching toward to FRIDAY! Sure hope you feel better today, Linda! Same today - Protein and water.  I did eat a piece of string cheese yesterday.  Something new. Take care of yourself and do what you can to stay cool.  Rest because you need to do that for yourself. Hugs, Kathi
