Aloha to the cutest little "bad girl" on OFF!!

My dear, you have done beautifully.....and in your own way. You WILL get to where you wish to be if that is different from where you are. You have come such a long way.....and have added many many years to your beautiful life.

Don't forget your water!! I have had several friends end up in emergency and it was simply dehydration that was the problem.

You have been doing awesome with your exercise, and make me ashamed of my lazy body. I KNOW that just walking on the beach would tone up my legs and get rid of some of that candle wax bouncing around on them. Maybe I'll let you kick me in the buh-tocks one more time and get me out there.

I'm HAPPY to hear that you sleep good.....jealous, but happy. That will keep your body heathy. Funny how our bodies all deal differently with things like constipation, diarrhea, etc.

You are my rock, and I'm always so glad to see you post. Thank you, love, for participating.

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen

Thanks sweetie...I just discovered last night some delicious water...it is raspberry sparkling water...of course we are not supposed to drink carbonated things...I guess that is why I liked it. I am 20 times more healthy than I was and that makes me very happy. I am definitely not thin....but I am healthy and I am so thankful for that. I definitely look older than I did when all that lovely fat was fillng out my face, but c'est la vie. My legs are firm and they work good....that is my blessing. My daughter just did a little dance video of my grandsons and me...I couldn't have done that 2 years ago. I sat a lot and walked with a cane.[painfully] I also don't shoot up with insulin 4-5 times a day and wake up in the night having an insulin reaction.....in fact I am not even a diabetic anymore.LOL I exercise out of fear....fear that I will lose what I have gained in my mobility. Whenever I miss a few days....I can begin to tell it in my joints and the way I move. My bounce starts to leave my walk. One day when I was at my nail tech's a new tech was watching her do my nails and he commented to her in Vietnamese about my diamond rings....and it was such a nice compliment..she wanted to share it with me....we were then talking about how old he was and when I told her how old I was [67]....she would not believe me....and then told him and he semed shocked and then they told all the other Vietnamese nail techs....who also professed not to believe it....but my favorite remark was from a nail tech named Popcorn.......he said "I can't believe this...you are older than my grandmother and look younger than my Mother! and you don't dress or even walk like someone your age" I find the way I move is the best age enhancer....THANK GOD FOR WLS!! Love, M

Aloha Reggie.......and thanks for joining us on the incredible journey!

You have lost 55 lbs. in such a short time...that is beyond marvelous! Do my kitty litter box test....go to store and pick up three 20 lb. boxes and you will SEE for yourself what you are NOT carrying around on your back any longer. Yeah!

Wonderful that you don't have sleep problems....that is such a big issue for many of us.

Constipation is the other monster with which many of us battle so frequently. Prunes...I keep forgetting about those. Thanks for the reminder.

Keep up the great work, and share, share, share with us!!
