Congrats. One of the women I met this morning at this informal support group just had the VSG and so far is very happy. So good luck to you. It's different for those of us who have had RNY, so you have your own nutritional advice to follow. I'm glad you're on the next step of the journey.

linda...this is awesome news!!! i don't know much about the VSG but i know dr pop and he is a doll!!! he almost did my surgery in 2004......congrats to you as you move forward on your journey!!!!! whooooo hooo linda's gonna be a loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
