Good morning Linda and Everybody, still trying to get the ole exercise thing going on a regular basis, went swimming yesterday, hoping to do some weights tonight & Fri and then swim on Wed & Sat. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I know, I know, PROGRESS not perfection! Cuppa, with a scoop of protein. B-1/4 cup eggbeaters & 3 prunes. Protein drink. L- Turkey rollup and 1/4 apple. S- String cheese. D- FF Refried beans w/ LF cheese. Maybe I'll pick up some nice fruit tonight at the grocery store. Lord knows, I need it.

Hello to all of you lovely Ladies and Lurking Gentlemen. Been keeping tabs on all the delicious foods everyones been eating and preparing. My eattings been a little off key, but I'm still hanging in there trying to reach my goal. Going to Virginia Beach for the Hampton Jazz Fest on vacation and I can't wait! Yeah!!! Looks like my vacation will be spent eating lots of seafood....Yum!
