I've survived 3 nights without Ambien now. Still not sleeping well, but at least I'm not eating in my sleep now. Will talk to my PCP this week about an RX for a different sleep med.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1 tbl PB2, & 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L: 2 oz. chicken, 1/4 c. avocado salsa
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ berries & mango
D: 2 oz shrimp w/ mango and basil, 1/4 c. oven turnip fries
S: 1 Skinny Cow Dipper

I had a crazy and busy weekend. It went too fast!!
I am anxious today.....Wednesday through Friday I will be down at Childrens Hospital with Nic. He has his scans and testing to see how the cancer is doing. I am so nervous and scared. He hates the tests. Every time I talk to him he asks if I am going to be there.
After all the testing we are all going over to my daughter Carrie's in St. Paul for the weekend. That makes me happy! Both daughters and all my grands together. It doesn't get any better then that. I will definately be taking my video recorder!!
B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-apple w/peanut butter
L-cod and green beans with bacon
S-blueberries
D-steak w/mushrooms and onions and baby carrots
S-SF pudding (dark chocolate raspberry)
Off to work....ugh!!

Hello sweet Linda, and how are you doing this fine day? Just think it is already Tuesday and all the other people in the world think it is Monday~boy are they wrong. They should all live in our world but then I don't think I would like that at all.
Everything seemed to go well yesterday. So I had a nice week end. It just goes by to fast. I don't understand how that happens. Now it is back to the same stuff just a different day.
Here it goes for food today. I was going to put a roast in the crock pot early this morning and forgot so I am going to do it tomorrow for sure.
B: Special K cereal with milk
L: 1 peice toast with peanut butter and a banana
D: fish and veggies
S: sf pudding
I guess I had better get going. I have so much stuff around here that I have to put away in it's home. In fact some of the stuff doesn't even have homes and so I have to find new ones for it. The big question for that one is ~Where? I have just to much crapolla around here. I need to start sorting and taking it to the Goodwill. lol

I started adding more whey protein to my foods. B: cream o wheat (whole grain) soy milk L: cottage cheese w/fruit D: fish sounds good S: protein shake I lost 2# last week but I did have to evaluate my menu and tweak it in a few areas. Millie
