WHERE'S Kathy K, Linda Woods, Monica B, Sue M? And why haven't we heard from them?

well I wasnt named but Im still around.  Ive had a few weeks of craziness here..my new business is alot of work.  Ive quit the chicken business after 17 years to devote my energy on InfoDIVA.

Im sitting here listening..or not listening but hearing...my subliminal CD about HEALTHY EATING..especially since this is my most difficult time for cravings and head hunger...at night.  Thank goodness, it works!

JB has put a whole new roof on the house and is now replacing all the second story siding...this time it's vertical instead of horizontal and it looks good. The new porch is wonderful and I enjoy sitting there watching our frequent, of late, thunderstorms approaching from across the 100 acre vineyards across the road.   Now, if he would only start the INSIDE renovations!

I find that summertime is easier for me, concerning eating, because I dont crave those carbo-happy comfort foods like I do in the winter time.  Tonight I made a really easy short-cut version of Chicken Pot Pie...I had the chicken, peas and onions and ignored the biscuit topping tho it smelled so good...I just listened to my subliminal CD for backup and I was fine...that alone is a miracle!

Im busy still doing more illustrations for a client...I get lost when Im drawing and time flies by so quickly. 

Today I went out to get my reading glasses fixed- one lens fell out-  found out that my cellphone is now obsolete at 2 yrs old...grrrr....and I can't get a new battery for it...dropped off donations for a charity benefit,  and complained to my server about the lousy and intermittent connection I have been getting ...then stopped at Staples to buy a new set of illustrating pens of various thicknesses.

Tonight I attended that same charity benefit for a little girl, eight years old, who, because of "transverse myelitis", can no longer walk...I had also donated a professional Magic Show that I had won so it was fun to not only watch the show but to be called up to ne a part of the magic...woohoo! I even managed to eat a slice of roast beef at the dinner and it stayed down!! and, guess what, I refused the dessert..chocolate cream eclairs...uh huh..I surely did. and then after.,,yes I did..I DANCED to the great band they had.

Now my legs are aching so this social butterfly is staying home tomorrow just doing artwork.
