I'm still being terrorized by the food demon.  Hopefully today will be better. B - Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream Sandwich/Pure Protein Bar L - Co-worker goodbye lunch at Chinese Restaurant.  I should be OK.  I'll get chicken and cashews or something. S - Yogurt with Strawberries I picked and froze. D - 1 country style BBQ Rib and a salad S - Skinny Cow Choc. Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich.  (I won't be buying these again!) I hope you get the rest you need during this audit.  Ours is in September. ARGHHH. Take care, Bev

Bev I just had to laugh about your menu with the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches......I'd probably have eaten both boxes by now, that's why I don't have ice cream in my freezer!!!! We think we can get by and just have one for a treat, but I don't have that much will power....LOL.

~ ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ T.G.I.F. I need to change my routine during the day. I start out doing well with my menu but by the evening I start the Heifer dance.... grazing ..... I'm snacking on too much. I just cant seem to get myself under control. No food menu set for me today, I NEED to re evaluate what I'm doing or not doing. I weigh everyday but record it only on Sunday. This will be my second week of no loss and I know it is from my eating.* * * * * * * I did have a WOW moment yesterday. I bought a denim jumper a few years ago ( 10 ) for Mom. She rarely wears it because she doesn't wear too many dresses. She gave it back since I'm losing weight and I thought I'd be able to wear it in the fall..... You guessed it..... I can fit it now. Too snug to wear but I'm in it.... size 16... whooooo hoooo.... have a great day. Millie

We don't have audits, we have inspections -  long, grueling, stressful lab and office inspections where the inspectors check to see that every patient slide is accounted for, every report is is correct...  Luckily it's only every two years. B - hard boiled egg and yogurt S - protein shake L - (from the cafeteria) catfish topped with tomato, black olives, green onions, and crabmeat - YUM S - cheese D - chicken breast and salad S - protein shake Have a great weekend!

Hi Linda, I'm baaaaack! We had a great couple days(celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary) , ate some of the wrong things but kept the portions small and  walked, walked and walked some more so when i saw the nutr. this am I had lost 2 more lbs.  I'm in the 250's ...haven't been here in like 4ever.  Today: B- HB egg & oatmeal L- 1/2 turkey sandwich D- Salmon pattie and salad.  I missed my OH friends !!!
