It's Here!!!!! I am sooo happy!! LOL!! I will have to catch up on my reading here on the weekend. I have been knocked out by the time I get home! Now we are in a 3 week audit!!
B-Cheese and a leftover Egg! L- SB Meatloaf with Mushrooms D- Macdonalds grilled Chicken salad..no crotons 1/2 the dressing. S- Orange S- 12 protein Yogurt.

Wooohooooo it is Friday!!
I am just checking in quickly and will be off to my girlfriend's for the garage sale. The weather is beautiful so lets hope we have a good day in sales!! I am packing my lunch, snacks and plenty of water!
An audit...ugh!! What a great way to put everyone in agood mood.....NOT!! I don't envy you that at all.

L-mock crab salad (no pasta) and a few bran crackers
S-South Beach granola clusters
D-sirloin beef tips and green/yellow beans

The 1000 calorie food plan is working, the scale is finally moving, but it's difficult.....satan is continually after me to eat something.....back off buddy!!!!
We have audits at the bank about 4 X a year. They want all kinds of paid files pulled and that makes work for my dept.
B - egg, thin sliced turkey, flaxseed toast
L - turkey burger/no bun, sm. salad
D - not sure
S - cottage cheese/jello/pineapple, apple w/peanut butter
Lots of water and crystal lite!

I got my first order of PB2 peanut butter powder (75% less fat than regular PB) yesterday and tried it today in my oatmeal and it is awesome! What a find! Can't wait to cook with it.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1 tbl PB2, & 1/2 banana
S: chocolate cottage cheese pudding w/ 2 tbl no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
L: 2 oz steak, 1/4 c. artichoke pesto salad
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D: 2 oz chicken, 1/4 c. zucchini
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Yes, peanut butter powder. And what a great invention it is. I've heard that it's carried in some supermarkets but haven't found it anywhere near me, so I got it at www.bellplantation.com. You have to buy a minimum of 4 jars but it is definitely worth it.
You can make a paste of it by adding water, but I just put it straight into my oatmeal and I'm sure it'd be great in a protein shake. I'm also going to try it in SF chocolate pudding.
The Bell Plantation website has quite a few recipes.

Nothing much happening here today. Tonight is a baseball game with the church. So it a social evening for me!!!
Tomorrow morning at 3 I have to pick up Ella and we are going for the Relay for Life walk. My cousin who is fighting pancreatic cancer has a team going and we are walking at 4. I figured that we are up and no one probably wants to walk at that time and so Ella and decided that is a good time. Roberta, my cousin's wife was so happy. Hmmmm wonder why!?
Here is what I am going to be popping in my mouth today.
B: sf oatmeal w/o milk peanut butter and grapes
L: egg salad w/ crackers
D: probably a lean cuisine of some sort
S: sf pudding
That should take care of everything. They have water at the ball game and I should be fine.

Sounds like 3 weeks of working in HELL. You take care and try not to get stressed.
My client called in sick - I'm not happy that she's not feeling well, but that makes today the weekend!! On Wednesday I worked an extra 4 hours with her and she has called several times each day. It has been too much. If I let the machine pick up, she leaves dozens of messages.
