What we are eating,and what's eating us!!!! Thursday!!
Morning, Linda and all:
Well yesterday I followed to the letter my eating plan.
1000 calories, 60 plus gm. of protein, 64 oz. water. 3 small meals and 1 snack. Today the scale was down 1 1/4 lb. so I know it's me not doing what I'm supposed to
and the TOOL is working! I'll tell you it took a lot of praying to get thru the day -- hoping each day will get a bit better.
B - cottage cheese jello w/pineapple, ezekiel toast
L - BBQ chicken, small salad w/FF dressing
D - beef barley stew with lots of veggies
S - s/f pudding w/extra protein
That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!

Good morning Linda and Friends! I did much better last night. Rather than try to wait for George to get home to eat dinner, I ate earlier. I had just finished my last bite of salad when he walked in the door. I sat at the table talking with him while he ate. We got our lunches for today organized, then cleaned the kitchen. He made a pot of coffee - we each had a cup. I later ate a piece of cheese and 5 mini cheese flavored rice cakes.
B - hard boiled egg
S - protein shake
L - salad with chicken, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. I also have a dab of eggplant left from yesterday
S - protein shake or bar on the way to the doctor this afternoon
D - George want BLTs. They are his weakness this time of year with his fresh tomatoes. I'll make mine on a multigrain tortilla and add cheese for extra protein
S - yogurt, or Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, or protein shake

For the first 1-1/2 hrs after I got up this morning, I thought it was Friday.
Then I looked at my calendar and realized I was kind of jumping the gun. Dang.
B: same old same old (oatmeal & banana)
S: 1/2 c. chocolate cottage cheese pudding
L: 3 oz tofu w/ peanut sauce, 1/4 c. carrot salad
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D: 2 oz steak, 1/4 c. artichoke salad
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Last night got out of control again. So tonight I will be housecleaning and keep myself extra busy so I don't eat. Too much sitting in front of the TV and snacking.
B - Cup of NSA hot chocolate, Pure Protein Bar
S - Applesauce
L - Smart Ones Salisbury Steak with Asparagus
S - Yogurt with Blueberries
D - Chicken and Salad
S - Water, Water, Water - staying out of the kitchen!!!

Good morning, Linda. I hope that eveything is going good for you today. My special prayers are going up for you and I am sending you big hugs and lots of love.
I bought a new purse the other day and I put my stuff in it last night and it is soooo heavy. Bill weighed it and it weighs 4.6 pounds. I know it is heavy but somethings you just have to have. lol I am planning on going through it and get rid of some of the stuff in there that isn't really needed. But there is something about that purse that smells. It is a crocheted purse and I love it but I HATE the smell. Bill doesn't seem to smell it so maybe it is just me. I had nose surgery about 38 years ago and had no sense of smell for about 25 years and all of a sudden it came back but sometimes the smells I smell is different from what others smell. lol I am not sure if no smell is better than wrong smell. I know that I am glad that I can smell again. lol
Today is a day for me. I am not sure what I am going to do and how to do for myself. It has been so long since I did it or at least knew that I was doing it. I am at a loss right now. I am sure it will come back to me but what is coming back to me? I don't know!!!!
Here goes the food. Yesterday went well. I am glad about that.
B: rice krispies with milk
L: frozen lean cuisine dinner
D: egg salad with veggies
S: sf pudding
I hope that today is a good day. I am sure that it will be. I know that if you do go into something without a positive mind set you are going to get something you don't want. lol SO TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY!! I am proclaiming that right now!

I am off to work here in a little bit....plenty to do for sure.
My girlfriend and I got most of our garage sale items set up last night. We will have to do a bit more tonight and then will be ready for tomorrows sale...wooohooo!! We are running it Friday and Saturday.
I am glad to see you are doing well...seem to have your usual humor today!! Love the braces on the smiley!!
