Morning Linda, I replied back to you last night on the Tuesday what are we eating re: MD appt. Not much new in food, have been paying more attention to eating protein first...I usually do but also take a bite of fruit, or sometimes the cracker...being sure to eat my PROTEIN first keeps me more honest. Not much room for those evil crackers if I do it the right way! Take Care now, C

Boy did I screw up last night.  I am so disgusted with myself and my lack of control.  Everything was fine until after dinner.  I nibbled on mini rice cakes, sugar free candy, a big oatmeal raisin cookie, a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, and finally a cup of coffee.  Is it any wonder I couldn't sleep!  Serves me right.  This morning my jeans are snug.  Oh hell, forget snug, they are TIGHT and uncomfortable.  Maybe I should do what I used to do - check OH forums! B - Jr. lunchable (ham, cheese, didn't eat all of the tiny Ritz crackers, and half a banana S - protein shake L - fajita seasoned steak with cheese and salsa, eggplant S - protein shake D - chicken breast, salad S - protein shake You may see me online tonight! Hi Linda! Debbie, you are not alone.  It must have been the full moon.  I went to the concert on the green and had two hot dogs with sauerkraut (without the bun) and then I broke the dam.  I had two chocolate chip cookies.  When I got home I ate a bowl of half the fat ice cream and then a handful of low salt potato chips.  GRRRR.  The addiction is not behind me yet and it's been more than a year.  So this morning I am trying to counteract the damage.  I should have come on OH last night too.  Well, together we will persevere. Onward my friends. B - Glass of no fat chocolate milk, applesauce L - Wendy's chili with cheese S - Protein bar D - Chicken and vegetable Bev

HI LINDA,DO YOU WANT TO COME AND COOK FOR ME.I HAVING ATE RIGHT SINCE BOTH OF MY KNEES SURGERY,MY BODY IS SO MESS UP.AND GAINING WEIGHT.I HAVE SEEM THE DR.HE SAID I WAS FROM ALL THE MEDICICNE THEY HAVE ME ON AND NOT EATING RIGHT.SO THE DIETICIAN IS GOING TO MAKE ME A APPOINTMENT TO COME IN. MARYLYN

Happy Humpin' Linda! I've graduated to thicker liquids after my doctor's visit yesterday!  Exciting but hard to decide now what to try.....   I can drive again so it's off to the store for me to wallow through and figure out what makes a thicker liquid!   B-sipping a protein bullet w/ice water for now Rest of the day is a great big ?? Hi Linda, Was up in your neck of the woods yesterday for my 2 month post-op class and I can eat ANYTHING now. But only 3-4 oz's at a time.  Soooo, my menu is as follows: B-Cuppa and 1/4 cup eggbeaters. S Protein shake L-Turkey and picke rollup and a little bit of spinach salad w/ rice vinager. S 2 oz Fage yogurt D- haven't got that far yet. I'm still able to get in my 70grms of protein a day, not a problem like for some. I'm still trying to bump up the excersize so I'm going swimming tonight after work. When we were in Phoenix yesterday my dd Cheyanne bought a Smart Car!  They are soooooo cute!
