it was me typing at that very minute but i deleted!!! you got here first!! whooo hoooooooooo nice breezy evening last nite sitting on the porch sipping decaf.... allergies kicking butt tho have to leave in a few minutes- no word on g'ma as of noon yesterday wish i could stay with ya a bit susan!!am sipping my shake and have the hot curlers in already....roxie is hogging teh computer chair so i am not really comfy here! a whoo hoo for me--i am down 3# !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aw, thanks Margo Congrats on the 3#..that's wonderful!  Check in with us later in the day. Gary's still sleeping so I'm up with dog duty. Our old dog, Sherlock, thinks that 5:15 is the right time to eat and nothing will have it until he does.  If he were a child, he'd be the one who runs around the house like a banshee taking laps around the dining table and just wearing you out. He's 15 years old, for heaven's sake....won't he EVER slow down? It wouldn't be so bad, but since we got laminate flooring his nails make such a racket it's no wonder it doesn't wake the neighbors! Anyway, I need to get going early today too. One of my WLS group members' husband is in the hospital and she won't leave his side. I'm afraid she's not getting enough to eat so I'm taking her a protein care package on the way to work.  Bless her heart, her first husband died 6 years ago this week in the same hospital. Say a prayer, she's a wreck. Hope all of you have a great day It s my Monday, so we'll see how the week is shaping up. Hugs to all
