Am I Done Losing Weight?
*~*~*~*~*~* YOU LOOK MAWVOLOUS DAWLIN *~*~*~*~*~* I had a little haggling with my nutritionist about the weight goal. I WON'T set one. My goal is my BMI and lack of meds, plus the mobility. I don't care what the scale says. Finally, she understood where I'm coming from. I don't want a belly ring, bikini figure or whatever else. I want health. So, when my body is done.. it is done.. chuckling I see her tomorrow... You look great, and hey, where is your perky smile ???? Millie
Jean, you need to smile a big smile for you have accomplished in a year! You have come a long way baby and should be proud of yourself. I have always been told that I concentrate to much on numbers and have to look at the bigger picture. That being said I think that your body knows when it gets to where it should be. I do firmly believe that. I was told at the pcp's office today that my bmi is 37. I still have some ways to go til goal but I would have to be a lot smaller than that to have a good (really good and somewhat normal) bmi. I just can't see myself at 120. I don't know maybe it will happen who am I to say it won't. You just have to continue to use your wonderful tool and if it suppose to be it will be. You just have to do the work in front of you and leave the results up to God. Sending you love and hugs and remember to
Jean,
The picture shows an enormous transformation - congratulations.
We do get a particular number stuck in our brain. Not easy to get out of our heads!!!
Stick with your program, you are still in the 'honeymoon' phase, it is just slower than before.
Your progress and determination is an inspiration to us, so don't give up. We shall gladly keep you focused.
