B-2 small hard boiled eggs and small banana-choc protein shake (hey! i've been up a long time!
S; handful peanuts at work
L: ????salad
D;salmon patties,green beans
so this is the plan....will be anxious to see how well i can stcik to it!!!! hahahahaha

You know what they say, "the best laid plans...."
well when I was getting ready to start up the grill yesterday a line of heavy storms came thru and lasted for well over an hour....so much for grilling! Put the chicken breasts in the oven and will cook the turkey burgers today.
Those had to be the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen, that chicken must have been a ten pounder.....took them an hour to bake! I also oven roasted the asparagus with a tiny bit of olive oil, salt and pepper -- YUMO.
Happy first Tuesday ....
B - wt control oatmeal with FF milk and 1 tsp. PB
L - chicken and salad with cukes and radishes
D - turkey burger, asparagus, cantalope
S - cottage cheese with fruit, s/f pistachio pudding with
added protein.
Have a wonderful day -- it's going to be purrfect here!

Hiya Margo!! We all hate Monday's here, so we did away with them, we have Tuesday number 1 and then the sequel...LOL.
Your menu looks nummy! Baked chix....hmmmm, don't they have the 100 cal packs...of course if you are gonna eat 3 or 6 of them,like I would, it is best to stay away from them..grin.

We had a good Father's Day with Mom and the dogs. Being with the dogs always perks her up, and they adore her.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk & 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 c. peach cottage cheese pudding
L: 1/2 c. crab salad, 1/4 c. green bean salad
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D: 2 oz salsa chicken, 1/4 c. peas (fresh from our garden)
S: 4 oz SF pudding
