Good morning my dear! Glad your med are conducive to sleep. We must have been on the same wavelength. I made a strawberry protein shake with blueberries (in the Magic Bullet) this morning. It was so nasty, I dumped it down the drain and opened a EasAdvantage cafe caramel instead. There was no way that strawberry mess was going down. Plans for a movie fizzled - nothing good playing 'cept What Happens in Vegas at 8:00 tonight. George works until at least 2. I need to get moving - picking up new glasses, grocery, farmer's market...other errands. Been up since 6:15 after sleeping all night in the recliner. Managed to do one load of laundry, shower, get dressed, and that's it. Dragging @$$! Gotta get moving or I'll waste the entire day!
B - protein shake S - protein shake (hoping to head out the door soon) L - May treat myself to lunch not sure where or what. Might give Appleby's another try. S - cheese D - Took chicken breast, fish, and a sirloin steak from the freezer to cook. I'm thinking chicken with fresh stewed tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell pepper, poached fish with fresh herbs, and steak sliced thin and cooked kind of fajitta style. Not all for dinner tonight, cooking for the week! S - protein shake or peanut butter and crackers depending on how the day goes (HUGS) Debbie
