Sorry, friends - today was the big shindig for my Mother's 90th Birthday, so I've been offline. I talked to Kathi's daughter yesterday & she said Kathi is doing great. She has had some gas pains, but is able to get the protein down and was walking around the halls 10 times all by herself - managing all the various equipment that was still connected. I believe she is expected home tomorrow & her daugher (from Phoenix) will be with her & her DH for the next few days. All is well with our Kathi. p.s. her Daughter is a delight, so much like her Mother!

Thanks for letting us know how she is doing. She certainly is a sweetie and such a ray of sunshine. I can't wait until she can come home and join is again. I hope that your day with your mom went well. That certainly is a very special birthday.
