Hi all, Just have finally come out with the living...stayed in bed most of the day, took the protonix the surgeon gave me after my surgery, and have had a couple doses. Going easy on the food.... and being very careful not to get too full. Feeling much better but not great so I will call the dr. Monday as I know something is not right. I am so glad you were all here... Also been thinking about my friend, Nancy... and missing her. Went to a gathering at her son's last night...was odd...didn't do much for me, but got to see her family and saw her in their faces so that was nice. Thank you all again for your hugs and prayers... I am so glad you are all here....thank you... thank you... Cheryl

Cheryl, I am so glad that you are feeling some relief. That is the important thing until you get to the doctor. I am glad that you are finally going to break down and take care of you!  So glad that you got together with your friends family. I know it had to be hard, but you were probably a comfort to them also. Sometimes just seeing her in someones face can be a comfort. I know when I listen to my gf's daughter I sometimes hear my gf in her and that gets me to thinking of fun times that we had. That can be a comfort when we don't realize it is.
