Hey Alice! This crap with the "bad" sister started years ago and we all put up with her crap for my mother. Now we don't have to and 3 out of 4 of us don't talk to her at all unless necessay and the other one's relationship is severly strained. I a just glad she is out of my life!
I have been where you are until recently. I can tell you this about the surgery, I feel better about myself emotionally and physically. I move easier which makes me want to do more. I have hibernated for far too long and now I want to live again! I can actually get on the floor and get up without holding on to something and huffing and puffing. It is amazing!!
