I will be glad to take some of your heat. It was a high of 62 yesterday, rainy and gloomy!!! This is supposed to last through the weekend. We might get some temps in the 70s but with the rain it doesn't help make it feel any better.
I am having a down day. Too much stress....it is catching up with me. Plus this weather is causing my Fibro to flare and my arthritis right along with it. UGH!!!!!!!

My body hurts every day, I take a lot of vic, and pray I do not become addicted, but like my doctor says "you are 57, you can not even lay your body down, I am not worried about you abusing drugs"..LOL. She is so sweet a short little African lady.
Please try to rest sweet one,..and stress does make the fibro worse.

Good morning to you sweet little Linda. I hope that today is going well for you. So far so good for me.
I am up at the church office this week. I didn't eat breakfast this morning or bring a protein bar in with me. Now I am a bit hungry but I do have my BIG bottle of water with me. That will help to fill me up.
I have been looking for the SB granola bars and can't seem to find them. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Where do you get yours? I shall keep on looking but I do know the South Beach protein bars are the best ones that I have tasted.

D: not sure what kind but I am having a frozen meal of some sort
I am really working a****ching my intake since I think I have been indulging to much lately. I have to make sure that I am getting my protein in too. I have been lax on the protien and the water again. Shame on me and I have to fix that promptly!! Like now!

BTW~the heat here is arriving. It has taken more time but it found us. The humidity is here too and I HATE that with a passion. I think that I am going to be able to take it better now with some of the weight off me. lol I don't have the air on in the office and a lady who came in asked me if I was hot. I told her that I was comfortable. She just looked and told me that it was humid out. Maybe this year is going to be easier on me. Any other year I would be sweating bullets already.

Hello dear Brenda, I think my tolerance is better now with some of the weight off, I guess I should say most of it!
I do not eat the SB protein bars, they are too heavy for me and give me gas...LOL.
I do like the granola bars they make, the one I eat has good fiber and many nuts, which are so good for me!
Try not to forget breakfast, and drink, drink,drink.
I get my bars at Safeway, and Fryes.

Puhleeze send me some of your heat. It is damp and yucky here. My feet and hands are aching from this weather. When you decide to run away, call me and I'll grab my toothbrush.
It is almost 5:30 pm, all I've managed is breakfast and 16 oz of Crystal Light. Don't yell, 
I know better. This has been a day from HELL.
Melanie was in a snit because I refused to spend $15.00 on another Teddy Bear today. She has oooh maybe 200 of them and I had lots of bills to pay this week. Big temper tantrum and I didn't have a chance to eat. She's not used to grandma refusing but oh well, she will survive.
Then it was a rush to get my client on time. She was in an uproar for some reason today. We hit a couple of stores, got back in my car and the damned thing wouldn't start and sounded like a machine gun. So, I called the X (he has a towing service), he said either my starter or fly wheel took a crap. For once he didn't charge me for a service call. He got it started but said not to turn it off until I got home. Client was in a total tizzy by then.
My mechanic doesn't charge for parts or labor but getting parts can be a problem. Unless the whole car is dead. It is old. We may have to bury it 
, then I am sunk.
Phew - what a sob story. It is jammie time then maybe I can try to eat and drink.

Damn sis!! You lived a whole damn week in ONE day!! I can't believe your ex charges you for service calls,ever! I hope the car hangs on.
My little 14 month old granddaughter tells her mom that she is a bad mommy when she does not get her way, boy they learn early!!
