Hiya too! I am doing much better thank you very much, Monday I got through to the Director of Finance at the hospital. He told me he'd try to figure out what is going on with the claim . Then yesterday I got through to a supervisor at BC/BS who seems to know what needs to be done. She left me a message today that she is trying to reach the guy at the hospital (talked to his sec'y and she believes she can get this claim handled correctly. They need to take off the 1 charge that is messing up the whole claim and submit it separately. Then 90% of the bill can be paid. The drywallers came today, put the walls and ceiling up in our bedroom, then taped the seams, they'll be back to finish tomorrow. the SIL had a job intv today so all is looking rosier. Thanks again, for the support, Paulette oh ans Schwinn ordered new tires for my bike s/b in on Friday. yippee!

Hi again Miss Linda.... about the zucchini (duh! I forgot) i either use my stove top grill, which is nonstick, spray it with Pam spray and slice the zucchini and yellow squash on the angle then grill them till cooked. I sprinkle Mrs. Dash or pepper or whatever spices I feel like..Italian. I also have a special pan for the outdoor grill that I can do the same thing or sometimes I just make it on the George Forman grill. We love it this way. Paulette
Dear Linda if you can't take the heat, don't come to NOLA (much as I'd love for you to visit)! We've been in the high 80s - 90 and will continue for the next week. It's humid, so we steam rather than bake! If it's this hot already, what can we expect in July and August?
All h3ll broke loose yesterday when I got home. The eating out of control hit. Luckily most everything I put in my mouth was healthy: a couple of crackers with peanut butter, cheese, sugar free chocolate. cashews, a handful of Sun chips. George worked very late. By the time he got home, I was stuffed. I sat with him while he ate dinner. When he asked if I wasn't eating, I confessed that I'd eaten enough for two days already and would have a protein shake later. Today I am committed to do better or be committed
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - salad with tomato, greens, chicken, and cheese
S - yogurt
D - Mexican chicken with beans and salad
S - protein shake

Girl, I know all about humidity, it is a little better without it, but not much, we had 120 degree weather for at least 6 weeks last summer, they are talking about temps going to 150 this summer, this I can not picture. Sounds like you had some emotional eating going on...you know how to snap back. I too am happy that I do not have a lot of junk around the house, it does not sound like you did to badly actually. I hope work gets better, and you always seem to have trouble when George is not home. Take care babes.
