The usual cloudy day again today. I keep praying for sunshine!! I think I am going over to the tanning place and start tanning there. With wearing skirts and shorts I want my legs tan. It just isn't happening with all the cloudy and rainy days. PLEASE send some sunshine my way!!

Good morning Linda and my OFF friends, It is muggy here this am, storms moving in later. no panties mmmmm, windy day, probably not a good idea with a skirt LOL! I went to a support group mtg last nite with my dietician and a few other ladies. The topic... Menu planning, something I'm not very good at anymore. Usually pull something from the freezer the night before and figure it out about 3 pm. So today I will start planning. I may (will) need help. B- Eggbeaters w/cheese, slice low carb bread, turkey bacon, orange & coffee, L- salad D- Chicken breasts on the grill, salad and grilled vegies. Paulette
One word of caution: STAY OUT OF THE BREEZE! Or be prepared to charge admission for the peep show! Girl you are too much! I wear jeans to work most days, and without panties, that just ain't comfortable.
B - a little bit of boudoin (sausage made with very over cooked rice, shredded pork, a tiny bit of pork liver, green onions, and other seasonings) and a couple of cubes of canteloupe. One of the lady docs made apple bread pudding that she insisted had very little butter and sugar, so I had a forkful. Very good, but I'm glad I stopped at one forkful.
S - protein shake
L - about 2 oz. bbq pork, green beans, and a cheese stick
S - yogurt or a glob of peanut butter
D - Mexican seasoned chicken thigh, green beans, and fresh tomato
S - protein shake

Hey Linda, I think I'm gonna do that tomorrow! (Sans panties) Menu du jour: cuppa w/ protein(20 gms) B- String cheese, S- Fuzzy Navel(23 gms)L- Spinach quiche(13 gms) D- turkey & peaches.(12 gms) maybe another protein drink. Lotsa water and 4 multi vitamins. That;s my menu and I'm stickin' to it!

Well, my thoughts on the 'no panty' thang is..... if you go without panties, you need to wash as far as possible and make sure you wash possible.
Short in a tall w/cream
1/2 omelet w/cheese, 1 pancake.
1/2c pecans w/dried cranberries ( I think I might be OVERstating this)
3 chicken tenders, 6 or 7 fried okra, 1/2 small biscuit dunked in gravy
Wheat toast w/butter
I can see great fallacy in this.
