need some computer help, please

Hi All, I've had so much trouble getting to this site today...everytime I would type in my destination in my browser it would not move or would say "unable to find server"...what does this mean? I have cable modem, recently dc'ing dial-up. I have msn for homepage. I had to go thru google to get here after over an hour of trying...I restarted my computer several times. I'm self taught on this computer so not familiar with lingo. If anyone can help, please. I also get "page cannot be displayed" quite a bit. I also get "msn had encountered a problem and need to shut down", which kicks me off the internet. Help! Alice

I don't think it was anything that you did......I had trouble at work getting on the site......think the problem was with the website, not you.
