Esther, See ... it must have been extra fluids.  I need to get my menu moved around because I've lost more weight. Not sure how I can eat more Start: 320 pounds Current: 113 pounds Total loss: 207 pounds Annette

Wow Annette, 113 pounds is tiny and a total of 207 must make you really feel good. I guess I am going to have to lay off the salt (which I love) because I gain water weight when I eat anything salty. You look wonderful! Hugs, Esther

Lookin Good Connie, You are doing a great job and it will keep coming off.  I get discouraged when I gain a pound but then it always comes back off.  I need to find a way to maintain too.  Let me know if you figure it out. Hugs, Esther
