I hope these sites help you...   Adobe Photoshop Express https://www.photoshop.com/express/index.html?bypass&wf=signin This site is one of the better sites for altering photos. This is a very simple site that you can both upload, store and then post, using the direct URL that can be placed in your CCS portion of multiply.  You have to sign up with Adobe, using a email address and password, it's that simple.  The site gives you both manual ways of alteration and some that are just click a button to give you an effect that is very useful.  I personally have the professional program that cost almost $400 and you can do some of the same alterations for free here.  The site is from the Pro of photography Adobe.
Photobucket http://photobucket.com/guestlogin?albumUrl=http://s138.photobucket.com/albums/ Photobucket I've been with since they started the site and it's grown to a very helpful and unique site.  You upload you photos to it, store in different files that you make such as Header, the photo on the top, and background file, for the ones that appear on the backside of your multiply site.  Those are my main files I produced.  Now here is where you find probably the best ways of alteration of photos on the internet, except for Adobe.   You can change them to almost everyway possible, and you can even put many frames around them as well.  These photos can then be saved in your files and even downloaded to Flickr, Google Photo or many other sites that are available.  The turn around time from upload to alteration to pasting on Multiply in within minutes from when you first upload the photo.  I highly recommend this site.  With it you really don't need any other program for alteration or storage. A Drive http://www.adrive.com/home This site is new to the internet but it's has storage ability lack non-other.  Just have to signup with them and you have up to 50 gigabits of storage for photos, videos and music.  It's not for alteration, but you have more storage than you can find on any site on the net.  I'm personally storing 14,000 photos, 10,000 MP3 songs, and over 1,000 videos on the site and it's almost bottomless with many more gigabits left. Now I'll list programs that you don't have to download, just sign up with them and you can upload a photo to alter to your desires, then download to a file on your PC.  Some or very unique and the rest will give you ways of changing the photos that are found on progams that you have to purchase costing hundreds of dollars: Picnik http://www.picnik.com/ What is Picnik? Picnik is photo editing awesomeness, online, in your browser. It's the easiest way on the Web to fix underexposed photos, remove red-eye, or apply effects to your photos. What can I do with Picnik? Pretty much everything! We've got amazing Edit tools that can fix just about anything that could possibly go wrong with a photograph. Lacking photo-editing prowess? A bunch of our editing tools are one-click fixes, including auto- fix, exposure, colors, and red-eye. And the others, like rotate, crop, resize, and sharpening, can be controlled with easy-to-use sliders. Move over to the Create tab and you'll see our custom-made Effects (most of which have the ability to be painted into just the areas of your image where you want them), an awesome text tool with dozens of fonts, dozens of shapes, including seasonal shapes for holidays and events, and some super customizable frames. Not to mention the touch up tools and new Advanced Editing tools. Splashup http://www.splashup.com/  Splashup, formerly Fauxto, is a powerful editing tool and photo manager. With all the features professionals use and novices want, it's easy to use, works in real-time and allows you to edit many images at once. Splashup runs in all browsers, integrates seamlessly with top photosharing sites, and even has its own file format so you can save your work in progress. Flauntr http://www.flauntr.com/ We love to see people do great stuff with their photos. In our world,  everything can be professional, yet free to use. Advanced and yet easy. Powerful enough to do cool things, yet simple enough to be used everyday.  Move your photos in and out of this world from any other place on the net, and use flauntR to make them feel special. In our world, everyone gets to be a pro. PicResize http://gui.picresize.com/picresize2/ Actually this is the easist photo editor that is offered, but you are also limited as to what you want to do. Still for some it will be you choice because of the ease. Pixenate http://pixenate.com/ Pixenate is the photo editor of choice for photo printing and photo sharing businesses. Like the ones before, many ways of altering photos and also sharing on site such as Flickr.  Also, limited ways, but still easy and efficient.
PhotoFlexer
http://fotoflexer.com/ One of the more advanced and yet easiest use of altering photos.  Also you can share them online with other sites such as MySpace, Fickr, Picassa, Photobucket and Facebook.  Easy directions and easy methods of getting the photo to the size and ways you want you photo to look.
Stoik Imagic 4.0 Browser and alterations

http://www.stoik.com/imagicfree/index.html

Even if your digital photos and videos are scattered all over your computer, STOIK Imagic 4.0 Free Browser automatically organizes them all for your convenience. New very fast indexing algorithm scans thousands of image and video files on your computer in few minutes.

You can access your media files either using the Folder Browser, or switch to Calendar Browser which displays your photos and videos organized by years, months, and days, or use Tags Browser mode to easily locate files you stamped with certain ‘tag’ or category.

Picasa

http://picasa.google.com/

Picasa is a free software download from Google that helps you to organize, alter and share.  I've also had this downloaded program for years since Google came up with it.  It's best for organization and storage.  If you have a Gmail account it's even better.  You get a free on-line stoarge up to 6 gigabits for Google Photo Albums:

  • Locate and organize all the photos on your computer.
  • Edit and add effects to your photos with a few simple clicks.
  • Share your photos with others through email, prints, and on the web: it’s fast, easy and free.
** I hope this will be some help to you.  As I mentioned I use Photobucket, the free version and it does alterations, storage, and easy upload from a single photo to large files very quickly.  You can then store for future use.  It's one of the best.  Good Luck and better photography for your future! I hope these sites help you...
