This says so much. I am not dieting, and when other things affect my weight and my mood, which go hand and hand...LOL...I am able to see so much sooner and clear!!

morning everyone, We took Earl's sister out for dinner for her birthday last night and she wanted to go to Warsaw Inn (big trouble place for Me) However she is on Weigh****chers (although she is skinny ) and she know I'm prepping for wls so between the 3 of us we kept me ok. I did have 1 perogi and part of 1 blintz but otherwise salad and some roast beef. I got fruit (canteloupe) from the dessert table even though all those sweets were calling my name. I still managed to squeek under my max calories & carbs for the day. Low and behold this morning the scale says I'm 260. Today will be strict diet as I don't want yesterday to mess up the scale. B- Carb Contol yogurt & coffee, S- orange; L- salad; D- something on the grill from the Grill Sgt. and vegies S- Fruit Have agreat day! Paulette

I'm just going into the shower for my graduation party my Sis-I-L is giving for me. Spent a lazy morning watching some TV. Don't know what the weather is supposed to do today. There are some clouds but the sun is out too. I hope it doesn't rain on my party later.
B - Pure Protein Bar - too lazy to fix an egg!
S - ham and cheese roll-up
L - ??whatever is at the picnic. I hope there is some BBQ chicken but a burger and the fixin's will do for me.
D - yogurt with some blueberries and lite cool whip.

HELLO AGAIN, HELLO .. today is grey and dreary. Good day to snuggle up with a book, however, I have sewing to do. Mom and I went to Goodwill & Salvation army for pants. I found three pants and a sleeveless top. Top is too small but I couldn't resist, my colors & style. I need to hem the pants.. I just couldn't do the jeans... Didn't fit or didn't feel good. I went out last night as planned. Danced the night away. My tummy muscles hurt from laughing so much. That was exactly what I needed. Met a great guy too!!!
I am going to a benefit today at 2:00PM for a young girl that was burned in an accident recently. There will be 8 bands playing. It will be a good time I am sure!! Later tonight it is off to the car races. I sure am glad I rested up yesterday!!

This has been a complete "grandma" weekend. I have been with the big ones and the little ones. My own paradise.
Food intake was horrible yesterday. Long story - I had breakfast but it was waaaay into the night before I finally had the opportunity to eat again. Today is not much better. I promise to get back on track.
Our kids seem to forget that I am 60 years old. The daughters-in-law begged me to go bar hopping with them. When I declined they tried to get Tom to convince me to go have fun with the "girls". He told them it was up to me - a lot of help HE was. All I needed was to go out with a bunch of young women in the mood for raising hell. Nope, I dragged Tom from the party and came home.
