Good morning to you Linda. WOW!!! You are in your skinny jeans! That is just plain super duper!! All of your hard work is coming back and the past is just that~the past. Congratulations, it couldn't happen to a more deserving person in my book.
I am eating just light today since Harpo is bothering me. He seems to rebel unless I feed him something kind of bland. He is just like a kid~rebelious if he doesn't get what he wants. lol

S: a glass of milk I think

My oatmeal went down fine today - go figure! I'm so glad, because I love it and it keeps me going longer than a protein shake.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk & 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 c. raspberry white chocolate cottage cheese pudding
L: 2 oz. salmon salad made w/ light mayo, 1/4 c. brocamole
S: 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ raspberries & peaches
D: 3 oz. shrimp & mango salad w/ papaya dressing, 1/4 c. roasted sweet potato salad w/
lime ginger dressing, 1/4 c. green beans
S: 4 oz. SF pudding

Ahhh, skinny jeans. I've been fat so long I no longer have any to try and get back into. Congrats, it has to be a great feeling!
When we were in NY our Grandkids came and swam with us in the indoor heated pool at our hotel. I wore a swimsuit with no self-consciousness at all. I don't think I even thought about it once the whole time. I walked in and out of the pool with the steps without holding on to the rail. Before I would have been dragging my a** out requiring the rail (if I went in at all, I always used the excuse I forgot my swimsuit), thinking that the extra weight of the wet bathing suit was 100 lbs. I was astonished when I got back to the room that there was not even one hardship about going to the pool that I could think of/remember. WOW. The only thing I could remember is what a good time I had with the kids.
