What's your experience with Prempro?

For you ladies who have taken, or are taking Prempro, could you share your experience with me?  My PCP just prescribed it for me.  I am hoping for good results from it. Thank you! Patty

I took Prempro (lowest dosage) for several years. When the medical reports came out about it several years ago, my PCP took me off of it.....I was post menaposal anyway.
I never had any ill effects with it.

I took Prempro a couple of times.  Once to help regulate my periods that was for 3 months at a time, it didn't work.  Then I took it for 5 years after I had a D&C, with an injection of lupron to stop my periods.  I had no ill effects from it. Jeanne

I went on it a month ago.  If anyone wants me off it they will have to pry it out of my hands first.  I don't consider myself high risk to take it.  My mother in law is 81 and looks at least 70.  I think they threw out the baby with the bath water on those results.  It benefits a lot of women.  Some are not candidates.  Me...I seem to be.
