Hi Linda and everyone, I'm having trouble planning ahead on what to eat.. But B- lo carb yogurt & coffee, L- salad and some protein D- Chicken and salad. I'll try and get some fruit in for snacks. I had a couple problem days with craving sweets after the Holdiay but that seems to be behind me know. Yesterday I had no appetite at all. Today so far kind of the same. But I know if I don't eat regularly then then I'll unleash the hunger beast at a time when I'm not prepared to stave it off. what's a girl to do? I know that it is different for me since I haven;t had wls yet, but I'm trying to get used to eating less and it seems to be helping. My NUT. and I differ on that. She wants me to have 1300 calories and 130 carbs daily. The endocrinologist says to trust my body, The PT says to eat to lose. Gets confusing. Paulette

Good Morning Linda .. .. actually afternoon but I wanted to post this earlier. I was out to the Pulmonary specialist this a.m. He called to have me bring my cpap machine back for a minor adjustment.. .. .. Im doing well with my machine.. not ready to stop using it yet. On my way home I stopped at GNC to pick up a few bottles of Cytomax drink. I usually add it to my water bottles .. .. WELL, I was pleasantly surprised to see they were 75% off..... always nice to the budget.. B: cottage cheese/pear S:-- L: Taco, no shell/lettuce S: Protein shake D: chicken zucchini, potato
