S: 1/2 c.raspberry white chocolate cottage cheese pudding
L: 2 oz. salmon salad made w/ light mayo, 1/4 c. roasted asparagus, yellow squash, and red peppers
S: 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ raspberries & peaches
D: 3 oz. eggplant parmesan, 1/4 c.brocamole
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Lew, I love scallops! One of our neighbors introduced me to them about three years ago. George can take or leave them, which is good - it means more for me! At over $15.00 a lb, I don't get them often, but when I do OMG YUMMY! Cauliflower is another thing I love, but after wls, my tummy woulnd't tolerate it. It was over 2 years before it would go down and not make me. Still it has to be totally mushy or up it comes.

Hi Linda,
We had a great time with the Grandkids in upstate NY. They are just adorable. I ran around with them so much that I lost the couple of lbs. I had put on.
B - Protein Bar
S - Yogurt with blueberries
L - Wendy's chili with cheese
S - Yogurt with blueberries (had one in the fridge at work that I forgot about
D - Not sure - Graduation is tonight and I don't know how time is going to factor into my eating. I probably won't be able to eat until after. I may just eat another protein bar.
Take care,
Bev
