Good morning Dear Linda!  I hope you and all our friends are A-OK this morning.  George and I drove in together this morning, so it'll be a long day for me here at the penitentiary!  After work we're going to see Ethan play his first T-ball game!!!  Grandpa promised him we'd be there.  Well, at least today is grocery day for da boss and he'll be in late this morning - later than usual - 10:45 rather than 9:30!  Blessed peace!!! B - protein shake S - yogurt L - salad of baked chicken, cheese, tomato, and greens S - protein shake D - hopefully on the way to Ethan's game, if not it will be very late.  Either way, it's on the road and as yet undetermined S - protein bar before dinner if dinner is late, or protein shake at home after the game if dinner is early.  I've confused myself! Glad to hear groucho is late. I hope the game was fun!! I understand about the dinner/shake thing...so guess I am crazy too!

Hello sweetie!!! I have missed you. My laptop computer went out. The letter "N" won't work and that is in my password so I couldn't log on. I feel so lost!! It has been anearly a week since I checked in. Nic is doing okay. He is so tired out. This chemo is throwing him for a loop. As usual I had a hard time leaving him yesterday. I took him to the hospital in the morning to have some testing done. After I got him back home I had to leave for Minnesota.  I had to go to the main office for my job in St. Paul to drop off my laptop.  Hope Don can figure it out!!  It is good to be home but I sure am exhausted. I have three people to meet with today so I need to get going. I had to check in with you first.  Hope things are going well for you. I will be checking the boards again later today. No time now to catch up. B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese S-protein bar L-?..... on the road today D-steak and green beans S- SF pudding Love and hugs......Boo.....to you!!

Good morning, sweet little Linda. I hope that you are doing well today.  Got to cut this short since i have to get ready for my opthalmologist appointment. Got to see him every 3 months for the diabetic retinopathy.  B: slim fast low carb shake L: the other half of yesterday's lunch     half a bacon cheeseburger w/o the bun if Harpo wants it D: not sure what yet S: ? Harpo the pouch feels kind of funny today. I call him Harpo after the Marx brother. He was the one that didn't talk but always made noise and that fits my pouchy!  Hope your day is blessed. I am sending love and hugs and special prayers for you.

Hiya Miss Brenda...smile. I can't get on until late since the crack down at work POUT!! I hope you had a great day, mine's was good. I usually start going to sleep at 7 as I get up at 3...LOL. Take care,sweet lady.

Last night I nuked 2 Trader Joe's turkey meatballs, and I think I was soooo hungry that I didn't chew them enough, and guess what happened?  I guess I won't do that again! Yukky
