Good morning, Linda, your menu sounds good today.  I need to eat more salads, but still can't get much down.  Doing pretty good with everything else, though. B:Protein shake. L: Sliced deli chicken, 2 prunes. D:Low-fat tuna salad, maybe some applesauce. Hope you have a wonderful week!                         Bonnie

Hi There Linda Lou, I am so sorry you are trapped at work! Gentle hug here for you cuz I know you hurt, don't want to hurt you more. I think the housekeeper is a GREAT idea! Just got back from the doc. He said I was a "champion" lost all fat no muscle this time. Said I was doing "everything right." He said as we walked out of his office, "oh, I didn't realize what a tiny little petite thing you are!" He's cute too! Hope you are feeling better soon, and have a good sleep tonight. Cheryl
