hey everyone I just got some recipes on ebay for 200 recipes made from protein drinks.  I don't know how to put them on here but if you want a copy let me know.  I went to another forum (won't say where..lol) and they sort of ignored me.  I bought these but would love to help someone else.  thanks just let me know.
