Happy Sunday to you and all too Linda. It's a nippy 36 degrees here today. Come on over and you might get some good sleep. I have 2 recliners and an extra bed. You could find something comfy and I'll pile on some snuggly blankets for you. This will be a better day. Running out of cottage cheese was not a good idea. Tom shook his head and can't understand how I can eat the same foods each day. Well, if it's not broken, don't try to fix it. B - cottage cheese, berries and Kashi - oh yeah!!! L - left over broccoli and chicken D - pork and oriental veggies S - watermelon Annette

Good morning, Linda, I could use some of that nippy weather.  It's hot and humid here this weekend, so will go out early for my walk around the neighborhood. B: Protein shake. L: A slice of sub sandwich I bought yesterday.  2 prunes. D: Baked Italian chicken, maybe some spinach. S: SF pudding. Hope you enjoy your Sunday and get some extra sleep tonight.                              Bonnie

Hi Linda, I have GOT to stay on the straight and narrow! I want to move this scale down and stop playing with the same numbers back and forth! Weekends are tough, and work days that are slow are tough. I am a boredom eater first and foremost so have to stay motivated to DO something instead of laying around. I was pretty busy yesterday, but need to by busier. B-Protein shake S- kashi and yogurt L- meat and cheese roll, strawberries (no peanut butter and crackers!) S- cottage cheese and blueberries D- Pork roast grilled and roasted red peppers Gonna go try to get a bit more sleep. Up at 4am again. It's 5:15 now. Hope you have a non achy day. Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, boredom at work sucks, I even feel not being able to log onto OH, and "visit" OFF. What can you do there that would be acceptable? Is there a fun time class you can do? Teach scrap booking??? The food thing, yeah, you know who your adversary is with the food, the same as I do with me. Maybe up the protein?? Like you said, it is not real hunger...so we have got to find you some busy work...! Are there a bunch of pictures at work that could use your talent?? Keep me posted, I am going out shopping today and picking up Singular for my allergies... Sleeping is something I am now dong too much of, I am adjusting the elavil DOWN as it makes me groggy half the next day after taking it at night (7PM)...LOL!! I hope all goes well, or sometimes a bit better is good too...smile. Hugs!

Hi there Linda, I do have lot's too do both at work and home, but just am not motivated and am still bored. I think being tired has lots to do with it. Maybe it's not so much bored but tired. I have been forcing myself to do some of those things the past couple days and it really helps with the food cravings. Hope you had a successful day shopping! Same menu today but having some turkey roasted on the BBQ for dinner. Also headed to the thrift store for 1/2 off sale this am. Have a great day! Cheryl

Are you lot all super organized and know what you're planning on eating for the day? Or are you saying what you had yesterday?? It's just gone 10 am and as yet I have no idea what I'm having for BREAKFAST.....LOL.  Probably a cottage cheese pancake.

Kerry, we say what we are having for the day. We believe that if you plan what you are eating you stick to it a bit better. But sometimes things change and we all have to go with the flow of life. But we think that if you plan what you are going to eat it is easier for us since we get so consumed with what we are eating at times.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
