Good to see you Linda Lou!
I am sitting again at the table on my porch. It is only 10:30 am here and I have already been grocery shopping, planted more pots, weeded and have had Protein shake with fresh strawberries, my flaxseed toast and coffee (that was about 4:40am) and Yogurt and Kashi.
It was suppose to be ulgy out but it is beeuteeful so far. I am very happy right now.
I have to go get something out of the freezer for dinner tonight, maybe a pork roast to grill on the BBQ.
Yes, we are monitored on the computer at work also, but so far I notice that lots of people surf the internet. I don't know if they will crack down but I am pretty careful about how long I stay on and although I check my e-mail I don't get onto the OH site.
Have wonderful restful weekend.

Happy Weekend, Linda!
I've been crazy busy at work this week. No time for anything but work. Trying to work in advance so when I'm gone for 4 weeks...... you know the drill.
I like your menu today! For me, I'm trying to build up my protein...
B-protein shake and a slice of roast beef
L-roast beef w/salad
D-probably roast beef and veggies
More protein shakes if I can squeeze them in. IF not, then berries for snack!
Hugs,
Kathi
This day is shot to hell but here I am.
A couple of days ago I said I was going to toss the Ezekiel bread ... well I didn't. Dumb move. I had 1/2 slice made into french toast and lordy how I have suffered. You can probably hear this Witchy Prissy Pouch grumbling all the way to Arizaona. It was wonderful though.
Times a wasting and I am so far behind. Catch you later.

Hi Linda,
Our little Sammie dog is gone. Today she vomited and then just laid there and moaned, and we couldn't stand to see her in pain. Thank goodness the vet was open today. We took her in and the doctor checked her out and she and Bob and I decided it was time. Bob couldn't stand to be there when it happened, so he went out to the car to wait for me. I didn't want to be there when it happened either, but I wouldn't walk away from a person I loved who was dying, and I couldn't walk away from Sammie either. They gave her a shot of sedative medication and waited until she got sleepy before giving her the medication to euthanize. I held her and talked to her the whole time. Her passing is breaking our hearts.
Love You,
