Fruit Salads
I'm no expert but from the info I've been collecting on the board I would suggest adding alittle high protein yogurt (like fage) and alittle sweetner instead of cool whip but if you already have all your protein in, a small fruit salad should not be a prob.

********** YUMMM..... fruit salad does sound good. A little cup will go along way... I wonder if a few bites of cold chicken with it (not in it) would give it the protein needed. Before WLS I would add lemon or lime yogurt for tang.... sometimes I would add a touch of cinnamon too. I can't have fresh fruit yet... but soon... How about slivered almonds?? not sure on those. I'm beginning to salivate...LOL best go eat... Millie
