Hiya Cheryl, chronic pain sucks, it is a wearing down, daily experience. I am resting almost all the time I am not at work, I do sleep, the doctor gave me some elavil, and I had to cut the amount, if it were not for good sleep in my chair, I would not make it. I know we are supposed to always be grateful, and I am. I guess my pain started over the last 3 years, worse after surgery, which sucks too...LOL. The best thing I can do is pray and try to be positive, or I shall defeat myself, wouldn't be the first time...smile. Too bad you can not use part of your lunch time to snooze in the bathroom. I know you do not really eat a lot of carbs, if I am naughty and slip in a cracker, it makes me sleepy as heck. We deserve not to suffer, but I know we must make the most of it. I hope you get some relief soon, and that you stay strong. Hugs!
