Hi Karen, Sounds like you will need a little vacation when you get home, but it sounds wonderful. I hope I have one or two someday! I love babies. Take care and have a safe trip home. Cheryl

Karen, So glad you are enjoying the time with baby "Z" and his brothers, as exhausting as 3 and 2 year olds can be, you will be cherishing those memories for a while I'm sure.  Can't wait to see my Germany grands in just over 2 weeks now. . .  and love our children and grands as we do, home is a nice place to be at the end of it all. Yes, you had quite a few Wows and I can only imagine being in a place where you are worried about being "too" thin now!   As of now, with my weight loss at a trickle, having lost only 14 lbs. since February, I am wondering if this is it for me, if so, then so be it, I've done and lived by the WLS rules of vitamins, calcium, protein first, 64 oz of fluids and exercise and I am feeling good overall, but I still hope one day to be wearing size 10s or 12s. . . hope you level off and gain what you will feel most comfortable at! Hugs, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Hello Karen, How wonderful that you got to spend so much time the the grandbabies.  Such precious memories - and how EXHAUSTING!  To have your home/haven back in Maui must be such a blessing. I am still unintentially  (but slowly) losing as well.  I will be interested to hear what your surgeon or nutritionist tells you.  Since I am still solidly in the middle of a normal BMI, they told me to relax and do exactly what you are doing - add good carbs and some fats back into my diet.  They told me that perhaps my body would be more comfortable with a BMI of 20 or so...  Yikes.  I'm wearing a 8 or 10, and small tops - something I NEVER did in high school.  I agree with a previous poster that the sizes are larger now.  If we wear an 8 now, it is more like a 10 or a 12 when we were in high school. Still, single digit sizes began to concern me, so I know what you mean.  Keep us posted.

Safe travels home.  Hoping to read more from you soon.  Enjoy these last few days with the boys.
