Good Sunday morning to you, sweet Linda. I hope that you have one super fantastic day today.  I am staying home today and I am playing hookey from church this morning too. I am tired and want to be a vegetable today. lol Bill is going to cook out on his new grill today. He is wanting cheeseburgers and corn on the cob. So guess what we are having!  B: 1 toast with peanut butter L: hamburger with cheese and no bun and a ear of corn on the cob D: maybe chili or maybe another hamburger with cheese lol S: banana Have a wonderful day and I am sending you love and hugs today. Prayers are being said for everyone and special ones go up for those who are in need.

Hi there Linda, I am up again, only this time for good, till my afternoon nap Out on my porch this time, gonna read the paper then get ready for church. I am not as good with food on weekends, not necessarily bad food, just not very good planning the meals. Have had cottage cheese and blueberries yesterday and will have today. Now that it is hot out I have GOT to drink more water. After church I will come home and plant my pots on the back porch. Dinner will be something grilled with maybe roasted red peppers. Yum. Have a good favorite day! Cheryl

Hi Linda:  I love your little happy face watching her garden grow!  I am up sipping coffee and thinking I should throw on so clothes to go get the newspapers.  I love Sunday mornings - reading the newspapers in bed.  Not really sure what I'll eat today ....  Maybe: B - peanut butter oatmeal L - 1/2 South Beach Kung Pao chicken and broccoli S - protein bar D - omelet (hubby loves to make "brinner" on Sunday evenings) S- pudding I love Sundays too .... except for the fact that it's followed by Monday!  nan

You have the best meals...questions...where do you get beneprotein and your meatballs that you often enjoy? I'm still trying to find Fage yogurt in my area. I found some 2 hrs away but can't travel there every wk.  Have a great day everyone!! Alice

Hi Linda, I hope you are enjoying your Sunday.  I've just been piddling around here, doing some laundry and watching old movies. B:Protein shake. L: Some sliced deli chicken, a piece of low-fat Swiss cheese and 2 prunes.  The prunes are working for me! D: Half a hot grilled ham sandwich, didn't eat all the bread.  A couple of black olives. S.Maybe a few nuts. Oops, no real veggies today.   Have a lovely evening!                             Bonnie
