I FINALLY made it to Onderland!  It has been 17 years since I was under 200!  I was very stressed when I came back from TX when my Dad passed away, because I had gained 2 pounds.  But I have been back on my elliptical and my metamucil and I am down 4 pounds!  I guess being regular - both with exercise and otherwise makes a difference!

I too, want to express my sympathy to you on your Dad's passing. I missed that post too. My prayers are with you and your family.  Congratulations on the onderland. I am still waiting for it. I need to drop 2 and a half pounds and the weight is being stubborn!!!! It isn't going co-operate with me at all. I know when I get there my body is going to go into shock since it hasn't seen that number on the scale since shortly after my birth!! lol  Great    Great     Great Job     Super     WOW

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Welcome to Onederland, it's a great place to be. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My wonderful Step -Mom will be coming from Ohio on friday. That makes me think more and more of my dad who has been gone for 7 years. There is an empty place in the world with him gone, he was a handful, but life was never dull. Blessings
