FLYLADY has cut down on the emails, plus you can just use the website and skip the emails. Somedays I wish I could just run away and start over, leaving this mess behind.

Hi All, Just a quick note- I'm on my way to Macy's to shop for clothing with my daughter. Yesterday we went on our annual "Pub Crawl"... we went to San Francisco to Anchor Steam Brewing Company and to Fisherman's Wharf. I went to eat lunch at the same restaurant that Jan, Candy, and Deb found in our Dinner by Karma mission. I was thinking of YOU all! We had fun. I only drank one beer all day. No other news here except for heat... as others have mentioned, we have a heat wave in California. We are set up for these spells with air conditioning in car and home. Shopping can be less fun as stores try to save money on the AC. I think it costs them in the long run, as when it is uncomfortable in stores people will skip the shopping.  Julia
