Linda....you put quite a smile on my face this morning picturing us shaking our booties to the wind, tossing our hair back and cracking a wide grin!!! You are the best!!!!! Nothing new happening here. Tony (EX) called about 7:00AM. He is coming over later to pay me some money he owes me. I told him he better or I would be on his doorstep today when his girlfriend answers the door!!! He needs to get me paid back. I am tired of hearing his excuses! B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese S-banana L-tuna, cottage cheese and green beans S-fresh strawberries D-sirloin steak tips in gravy and brussel sprouts S-SF pudding (Caramel) I am going down to Iowa to spend some time with Nic next week while he goes through another round of Chemo. He has asked me to come down. I can't go until Tuesday about 5:00AM because of an important meeting I need to attend on Monday. I will be there by the time he gets done with his treatment. Heading out to do Cemetary flower pots for my mom and dad and a few others this weekend. I know it makes my mom so happy!! Have a fabulous Friday sweetie!!  Love you bunches.....oodles of hugs.....Boo....to you!!

I'm back - had to dash, the boss came in early.  What's up with that? Thanks for the laugh Linda - shaking my booty is a little difficult today.  For some reason, the last few days I've been achy, especially my knees.  I know I haven't been drinking enough and wonder if maybe that has something to do with the achiness.  We've had rain, rain, and more rain since Wed. night.  Today is the worst.  The rumbling woke me at 3:30 this morning and I couldn't get back to sleep for the noise and lighting. B - protein shake S - none L - 2 meatballs with sauce and Parm, maybe 1/2 a banana S - yogurt and granola D - broiled fish S - cheese - Oh Lord I love cheese!   BIG CHEESY SMILE!!! I stopped at the grocery yesterday and bought a pack of chicken thighs, doused them in Cajun seasoning (can't say sprinkled 'cause it was more than a sprinkling!), browned them in the non-stick skillet, added tons of onions, garlic, bell peppers, and added chicken broth as needed.  Steamed rice for George, and steamed zuchinni with seasonings. Have a wonderful weekend! Debbie

We do love our spices...mmmm. My body hurts, if it did not, I would think I was dead. Deb, sometimes I get angry, I try not to. I had this vision of losing weight and walking into this great life. It is hard for me to lose, although I have been blessed. I hurt more than I did...damn it. I try and be happy...I do not want to fall back into food for comfort...so I am gonna make the taco recipe chicken. I found some whole chickens at 69 cents a pound, pretty good for here, so I am buying 3. I am gonna keep smiling....cause God is good, and I got all this booty!!
