What we are eating,and what's eating us!!!!Thurday!!
I bought regular cottage cheese instead of the NO FAT - it doesn't taste too good. Strange how we get used to the no fat flavors. My big boy cat Joey is in for a treat. He can finish the container.
Did you know that there are Ezekiel cereals? They were tucked away in the corner of the health food section of the grocery store. The flavors looked super yummy. Before I try them I want to be feeling a bit better - just in case they do the same as the bread.
No menu surprises for today. I mixed a batch of SF pistachio pudding to have later on. It looks all green and tasty.

The sun is shining and they are actually forecasting 70 degrees today.....guess I will have to wait and see!! Love the warm weather!! I feel so much better when it is warm and the sun is shining. My fibromyalgia and arthiritis hates the damp, rainy, and cold weather.

I finished up my therapy for Vertigo today and it worked! My ear, nose and throat doctor referred me to the physical therapist. I recommend therapy to anyone who has Vertigo. I haven't had an episode since my 5th visit (out of ten) to the therapist. I can continue the exercises at home to keep it away. Yahoo.
Working on the Quarterly Quality Review to meet our 2001 ISO Certification. Boring metrics.
Planted more flowers in pots yesterday. I'm done except for getting a few tomato plants.

My menu for thoday is: cup-o-ambition W/ unjury protein (21 gms) B- 2 oz 2% Cottage Cheese S- Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink(23 gms) L- 2 slices deli turk & string cheese S- Fzzy Navel Protein (23 gms) d- 1 oz filet of sole & 1 oz mashed potatos w/margarine. Lotsa water and 4 Multi vits The good news is I've lost 18 inches since my RNY, 4 in my waist and 5 in my hips! How cool is that!
