I've been up since about 4am, don't know what bit my butt this morning, but I've been on the move....
EM - Dannon Yogurt Peach Passion Smoothie w/ 1 scoop Protein..Yum!
20oz. Decaf Hazelnut Coffee
B - Cottage Cheese w/Peaches 21g
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake 17g
L - Spinach Quiche w/turkey bacon (baked fresh @ 5am)
D - Grilled Salmon w/green beans
S - Chocolate Protein Pudding
Water - Crystal Light - & More Water

I am going to try to be good today.....yesterday after 4 pm
I was on a grazing kic****il bedtime.....what's wrong with me???? Thankfully what I ate was s/f pudding with extra protein, a banana w/peanut butter, and a few cheese crackers. Got to start reducing snacks to just one per day.
B - yogurt and kashi
L - tuna salad w/hard boiled egg added
D - beef/bean stew, salad
S - SB bar
Lord give me strength!!!

I did end up having some of the chili yesterday, along with some Beano, have to think of my office peers ya know! Today is Hawaiian Luau day so not sure what food will be laying around. I will take all mine so will try to stick with that, unless they have something that's good for me too.
Beef diet thingy? Love that! I love that word. It comes in so handy.
Well, just heard Tom up so have to go stake out my territory in the bathroom. Today is his early day to have breakfast with my dad and brother in law. So we have to share our one bathroom. Me trying to have ho****er while he is shaving.

Good morning all! Unlike y'all, I'm dragging arse today! Too many late nights in a row. Don't get me wrong, I never go to bed early unless I'm sick, it's just that I've had something to do away from home every night this week so far. Thankfully this evening I go home, stay home, and hopefully watch the Hornets win the second series!
B - protein shake
S - peanut butter right off the spoon
L - beef stew meat braised with celery, onions, and garlic and a piece of cheese
S - yogurt
D - ??? gotta go home and cook or dig through the freezer for something to defrost. I'm thinking fish and veggies with some kind of rice dish for George

Yesterday for dinner, we were pressed for time having to drive an hour to see Ethan's graduation. We stopped at Wendy's. I had a small chili - ate 3/4 of it. After the grad, former DIL and her family invited us to go to their fav Mexican Rest. We hated to say no, didn't want to be unsociable, trying to keep on friendly terms with everybody because of Ethan. Not hard to do really as they are nice people. Luckily they had a la carte items. George ordered a chicken enchillada and I ordered a beef one. Portions were small - Yeah! George finished the last two bites of mine.
