I missed where the puppies went !!Sad, yet it is good tohave them gone. I used to raise ****er s and the first litter I actually had birth certificates with their little paw prints on them, they were so cute. Your cruise sounds great..and a new house.. dang girl, I am excited that I am getting a new rose bush. Liz had a major crying melt down last night, I just laughted and told her she was right on schedule, "you are doing fine,, you WILL get everything done on time, now relax and enjoy it, you are only going to get married once ( please God) now what can I do to help?" She calmed down and was laughing by the time we stopped talking. Today she is ok again. Chuck is all Poed at me. I told him I am not coming up to his house today, I dont have the gas!! I have no intention of going 30 miles every day to sit around his place with gas at $3.50 a gallon, plus I didn't get all my gardens in last year and I want to this year. After work I go to my moms and make ribbons for Liz's wedding stem wear and the cake cutting utensils. Always something. I would love to make that salsa chicken but I have the ingredients to make the keish, so thats on the agenda. 20 minutes and I can go out. It is another 62 degree day here at work and it is miserable. After a weekend of 80s it will be miserably hot tomorrow,, Cant win. Blessings

Good afternoon to all my OFF family. I hope that today is being good to all of you. So far so good here.  I have been mising in action for a few days. Well, since Sunday. I haven't been feeling to good and just didn't want to do much. My back has been hurting and so I have made a close friendship with the heating pad. Just the same old stuff as usual.  I have been having terrible sinus headaches and since I have some antibiotics left from the last one I am going to start taking them so I can get rid of this stuff.  Went to WalMart this morning and got some stuff. I worked on the list so that I could get what I needed and not make a gazillion trips there because of the price of gas. It is now $4 a gallon here and I am working on not traveling so much if I can help it. I think that I did pretty good with the list for WalMart but I know that I am going to forget something since that is my middle name. I just hope that it is something that can wait until I have another list. lol I have to go to the wl doctor this afternoon. I wasn't doing well last month when I went for my 6 month visit and so he wanted to see me in a month. I am feeling better but the blood pressure is still going down. I think it is from the meds I take for my heart problem. I am going to have to make a appointment to see the heart doc. I am feeling better since taking the liquid pottasium for the kidney problem.  I better get going. I hope that today is good for all. I am sending love and hugs to all my sistahs and brothers. Will chat later on.

Hi Karen and everyone: Man, I hate when I get two phone calls early in the morning. The first one was at 8 a.m. and woke me up to bright sunshine; I ignored it and went back to sleep. The second one was at 9:50; I decided I would get up. It was from the electric company reminding me to pay my bill or they would disconnect me. Well, I had planned on paying it today anyway; couldn't they wait a few hours before they woke me up? So I didn't get quite as much sleep as I planned. So after going to the bathroom, I got up, checked my checking account to see if my payroll deposit was in there and how much I had, paid the electric bill so they won't turn me off and got ready for my usual Thursday shopping trip. As usual, money is very tight this week. I bought a few groceries, got a couple of prescriptions and have $3 left. I had bought gas on Monday, so I have 3/4 of a tank left ... it will hopefully last til next Thursday. I don't plan on going out on the weekend. I had hoped to get my hair cut this week, but that's not a necessity, other than the fact it's getting very shaggy. But it'll have to wait. I had to send $25 to the bankruptcy attorney to file the papers to redo my budget; that's done. The paralegal said it will take about a month for the paperwork to go through unless someone objects, which she said seldom happens in cases where the client is paying 100 percent. So now I wait and hope it all works out. I really need for it to work out because I am stressing out too much about money lately, and it's making my body hurt.  Other than that, not much else new. We have two reviews tonight, so it's going to be a late night. I'm pretty tired as it is, although I did get in a half hour nap this afternoon.  Well, that's all for now. Have a good day.

Hey Karen...it is exciting to build a new home. I just thought I would mention that using white is great and of course you know it will alwys be in style....I have found that the GE Profile series gives a real good look and upscale service...and competes with the top brands like Wolf, Viking and Sub-zero in the upscale homes.[Madison is home to Wolf and Sub-Zero so it is used a lot around here, but it is very pricey]

Also I thought I would mention if you are going with a Convection oven, not a good idea to put it as part of y our microwave...because when the microwave breaks down you have to replace it all and microwave alone are so much less expensive. Also the motor in the convection oven for GE Profile series is not as loud as the lesd expensive units, more like the Wolf and Viking.

Just thought I would add some thoughts.

Enjoy your building.

Marti
