Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

this sounds yummo! why couldn't you put uncooked rice under the chicken before cooking? i do somethimg similar with rice/chix/crm of mushrrom and crm of chix soups...i have found that if i mix the rice with the soups first it keeps it from being dry-- i make the rice cuz my hubby loves it...just a thought-sometimes i shouldn't think out loud!!
