I am checking in in between paperwork and filing for my job. I have gotten several phone calls and ended up with more work today then planned. That figures!!!!
B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-Banana
L-chicken (marinated in garlic, herb and wine...yumo!!) and cooked baby carrots
S-almonds and pitachios
D-salmon and small salad with veggies and cheese
S-SF pudding (caramel...yum....tastes like butterscotch)

Good Morning my angel Linda. My menu for today will be: cup-o-ambition with 1 scoop Unjury chocolate protein(21 gms) B- 2 oz 2% fage yogurt. S- Fuzzy Navel protein drink(21 gms) L- 2 slices deli turkey and lf string cheese. S- Fuzzy Navel protein drink(21 gms) D- 1 oz talapia, 1 oz mashed potatos and a tbls margaine.( My NUT told me I'm not getting enough fat in my diet so I'm trying to add more) 4 Multi's and lotsa water. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
