What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Wednesday!!
Good Morning Linda!
We have National Nursing Home Week this week. Monday was ice cream sandwiches and donuts, yesterday was huge bagels and cream cheese and today is hot dogs and chilli, I haven't partaken of any of it. But still have been stuck at this weight for quite a while going up going down back and forth forth and back.
Same lunch for me...
I have been having cottage cheese with frozen from fresh blueberries. Yum...I always see Annette eating cottage cheese and I think blueberries so thought I would try it. When it gets warmer out it will be even tastier. I am a little cold eating that for dinner but it is really good!
Glad to hear something is working for your sleep and all...
Take Care,
Cheryl

Morning my Dear,
I kind of lost yesterday. My day consisted of sleeping, potty trips, drinking, more drinking, eating and even more sleep. Today looks to be the same.
My first call was to Mary, woke her and the tots up - too bad. She has one of her 4 nanny's coming today, they can deal with the kids. No way I feel up to gymnastics. Then called to cancel work. No problem there, they are good to me.
A bite to eat, my jug of Crystal Light next to the bed and it's off to dream land for the day. The world will go on without me today. it. I'm just going to sleep.
Linda, glad to see you're sleeping better. Aw, the wonders of medicine!
I did fine yesterday until...fresh baked cookies for the weekly dept. conference one won't hurt. Stupid, stupid, stupid ate one. Then we had our civic association meeting last night and more fresh cookies, so piggy had another. Why do people think just because they have a meeting, they must provide refreshments. AND why does Debbie think just because there are fresh cookies (not necessarily her favorite snack) she needs to eat them. Unfortunately Oscar doesn't reject them. If he reacted to cookies and crap like he does to some meats, he and Debbie would be much better off. Is it any wonder why my dress slacks feel snug this morning? Yep, no jeans and t-shirt for me today. Tonight is Ethan's preschool graduation - had to look a little more presentable.
I'll try not to beat myself up all day over yesterday.
B - protein shake
S - banana
L - quesadilla made with Canadian bacon and cheese on multigrain tortilla
S - yogurt
D - on the road between work and graduation. I'm hoping Wendy's for chili or a salad
S - depends on dinner, possibly protein shake or cheese or cottage cheese and fruit
Debbie
It's now 1:30 and so far so good! Ya know I got somebody ready to beat up on me in the blink of an eye - verbally at least! I don't need to do it myself. BTW, he's been ususually quiet this week - YEAH. He has a conference he's preparing for next week, and a deposition tomorrow - love it, it keeps him from breathing down my neck!
