I don't care for the Stallone products. They basically are soy. Soy is easier on the palate but i get no nutirition from them, if you have throid problems you need to be careful with soy.
Women are angels.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.

We are flexible.

Good afternoon Linda and all!  B-2 oz Fage yogurt. S- Protein drink. L- 1 oz deli turkey and 1 laughing cow lite wedge. S- protein drink D- 2 turkey meatballs (Trader Joe's yummy) S- protein Drink.  Lotsa water and 4 multi vitamins.
